Hesperaloe parviflora

Red yucca is found in many landscapes of Texas and the southwest. Its dark green with spikes of pink to red flowers lasting from May through October, and it is very hardy, tolerates extreme heat and cold. Low supplemental irrigation needs once established. Red yucca is native to Central and Western Texas. Hummingbirds are attracted to the flowers.  A great xeriscape addition.
