Type: Tree

Full Grown Size: Height of 20-30′ and a spread of around 15-35′ at maturity.

Lifespan: About 25 years

Soil condition: Tolerates acidic or alkaline soils as well as heavy clays.

Light Requirements: Full sun to light shade.

Water requirements: Watering about once weekly or checking your soil. To check your soil, stick your finger in, about 2 or 3 inches down. If the soil is dry here, water until the surrounding soil is moist but not oversaturated.

USDA Zones: Hardiness Zones 4 through 9.
