It attracts butterflies. It is deer resistant and good for containers. It's a member of the Apiaceae family and is native to South Asia. 

Growing conditions: Bouquet dill prefers full sun, but can benefit from light shade in the heat of summer. It is a cool season plant that can be grown from fall until late spring.
