Description: Doone Valley thyme (Thymus citriodorus "Doone Valley') is a low-growing, aromatic, evergreen shrub with a lemony scent. It is has small, dark green edible leaves with yellow variegation and lilac-purple flowers.  Leaves turn gold in the fall. It's a butterfly pollinator.

Growing Conditions: Full sun, Well-drained soil, and Neutral to alkaline pH

Uses: Borders in garden beds, Container gardens, Rockeries, Between stepping stones, and Herb gardens.
