Description: Italian parsley (Petroselinum crispum var. neapolitanum) is a small, leafy herb with flat leaves and a strong flavor. It has bright green stems that are tender when young. It's triangular leaves are flat and deeply toothed. Leaves are also grouped in clusters of three on slender branches. It's also known as flat-leaf parsley.

Growing conditions: Plant in full sun (6-8 hours) to part sun (4-6 hours) with afternoon shade. Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy.
