Description: Curly parsley (Petroselinum crispum) is a bright green herb with ruffled leaves that's used as a seasoning and garnish. It's a member of the parsley family, which also includes flat-leaves parsley and Hamburg parsley. It grows in clumps and can reach 12 inches tall and wide. 

Growing conditions: Curly parsley prefers rich, loamy soil with a pH between 5.2 and 6. It can also be grown in soilless mixes, hydroponic systems, or aeroponic systems. Curly parsley is susceptible to wilting when allowed to dehydrate.
